Straumann NeoArch Centre of Excellence

All-On-X full arch

A complete arch of teeth on four strategically placed implants — the signature restoration of our group.

All-On-X uses four strategically placed implants to support a full arch of teeth, optimising the bone you have — often eliminating the need for bone grafting altogether. It’s the modern answer for failing teeth or full dentures: a fixed bridge that doesn’t come out at night and lets you eat what you choose.

Glenferrie Dental is one of the first three practices in Australia awarded Straumann NeoArch Centre of Excellence status, recognising advanced expertise in full-arch implant rehabilitation — alongside Local Business Awards that reflect the trust of our community. Surgery, prosthetics and the laboratory sit within one group: at your final visit, our team inserts the final All-On-X bridge, crafted by our own ceramists.

Consultation & imaging

A complimentary consultation at Glenferrie including an OPG x-ray — assessing bone, bite and goals, with an honest conversation about options and payment plans.

Digital planning

Diagnostic imaging and records map nerve positions and bone volume, so each of the four implants is positioned to make the most of your available bone.

Surgery

The implants are placed in a single planned procedure, with sedation options available. A provisional bridge restores your smile while the bone integrates.

The final bridge

At your last visit, our team inserts the final All-On-X bridge — designed with your dentist and crafted at Ikigai Ceramics.

Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding, you should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner. A consultation is required to determine suitability; individual results vary.
